Turn off the unit and disconnect the tubing.
Open the front cover and lift off the top cover.
Locate the battery compartment inside the unit.
Remove both old AA batteries.
Insert two new AA batteries in the correct orientation.
Close the covers, reconnect the tubing, run the unit to confirm proper operation.
The LED indicator lets you know when the filter needs replacing or when the system requires attention. If it stops lighting up or behaves abnormally, replace it.
Turn off the unit and remove the front cover.
Lift off the top cover to access the LED module.
Disconnect the LED connector from the circuit board.
Remove the old LED indicator and insert the new one.
Reconnect the LED connector securely.
Reassemble the covers, power on the unit to verify the indicator lights up.
The one-touch elbow fitting connects the inlet tube to the unit. Replace it if you notice leaks or if the tube no longer locks securely.
Turn off the water supply and disconnect the inlet tube by pressing down the white ring.
Remove the old elbow fitting from the inlet port.
Insert the new one-touch elbow fitting firmly into the port.
Reconnect the inlet tube until it locks securely in place.
Turn the water back on and check for leaks.
The O-ring ensures a watertight seal inside the unit. Replace it if you see leaks, cracks, or if the seal feels loose or worn.
Turn off the water supply and open the unit to access the sealing area.
Remove the old O-ring carefully to avoid scratching the groove.
Clean the groove and surrounding area to remove buildup.
Lightly moisten the new O-ring and place it evenly into the groove.
Close and secure the component to ensure proper sealing.
Turn the water back on and check for any signs of leakage.
The flexible pipe directs purified water from the unit. Replace it if it becomes cracked, stiff, or leaks.
Turn off the water flow and remove the old flexible pipe by twisting it counterclockwise.
Clean the nozzle area to remove any residue.
Align the new flexible pipe with the nozzle.
Twist it clockwise until it is securely tightened.
Turn the water back on and check for proper flow and leaks.
The connecting hose supplies water to the unit. Replace it if it becomes worn, discoloured, or starts leaking.
Turn off the water supply and release any remaining pressure.
Disconnect the hose from both ends by pressing down the connectors.
Remove the old hose and check the ports for debris.
Attach the new connecting hose securely to both ends.
Turn the water back on and confirm there are no leaks.
The cartridge valve controls water flow inside the unit. Replace it if it becomes stuck, leaks, or affects filtration performance.
Turn off the water supply and open the unit to access the valve.
Disconnect the tubing attached to the cartridge valve.
Remove the old valve from its slot or connector.
Install the new cartridge valve securely in the same position.
Reconnect the tubing and ensure it locks firmly.
Restore water flow and check for smooth operation.
The knob set controls basic user adjustments. Replace it if it becomes loose, cracked, or difficult to turn.
Turn off the unit and remove the front cover to access the knob.
Pull out the old knob set carefully from its shaft.
Check the shaft for dirt or damage and clean if needed.
Align the new knob set with the shaft.
Press it firmly into place until it locks.
Reassemble the cover and test the knob for smooth movement.
The filter case protects the cartridge and ensures proper water flow. Replace it if it becomes cracked, warped, or difficult to seal.
Turn off the water supply and open the unit to access the filter case.
Remove the retainer ring and detach the existing filter case.
Lift out the filter and check the surrounding area for debris.
Place the filter into the new case and secure it with the retainer ring.
Reassemble the unit and ensure the case sits evenly and seals properly.
Turn the water back on and check for leaks or irregular flow.
The head nozzle guides the final water output. Replace or upgrade it if the flow becomes uneven, weak, or the nozzle shows signs of wear.
Turn off the water flow and remove the existing head nozzle by twisting or pulling it off.
Clean the nozzle base to remove any debris or buildup.
Align the new head nozzle with the outlet.
Attach it firmly until it locks or clicks into place.
Turn the water back on and check for smooth, even flow.
The head adapter set connects the filter cartridge to the unit. Replace it if it becomes loose, worn, or no longer locks the cartridge securely.
Turn off the water supply and open the unit to access the head adapter.
Remove the retainer ring and detach the old head adapter set.
Separate it from the filter cartridge if still attached.
Connect the new head adapter set to the cartridge.
Reassemble the unit and check that the cartridge locks firmly.
Secure it in place with the retainer ring.
The retainer ring locks the filter cartridge and head adapter securely in place. Replace or reinstall it if it becomes loose, worn, or damaged.
Turn off the water supply and open the unit to access the cartridge area.
Ensure the cartridge and head adapter are seated correctly.
Position the retainer ring over the adapter alignment points.
Press it down evenly until it clicks or locks into place.
Check that the cartridge is firmly secured and does not move.
Reassemble the unit and restore water flow to confirm stability.
The silicone cap protects the reset button and prevents moisture from entering the unit. Replace it if it becomes loose, torn, or worn out.
Turn off the unit and open the top cover to access the cap.
Pull off the old silicone cap gently from its slot.
Check the surrounding area for dust or moisture and wipe if needed.
Align the new silicone cap over the reset button.
Press it firmly into place to ensure a proper seal.

Make sure each connection locks or tightens properly.
Turn the water back on and confirm there are no leaks.
Yellow or red LED signals, or no light at all, can indicate that the filter, batteries, or the LED PCB need attention.
A noticeably weaker water stream often points to filter, hose, or O-ring issues.
Moisture around joints, the base, or the elbow fitting usually means it’s time to inspect hoses, O-rings, or valves.
You should change it after it has filtered 5,000 litres of water or after 12 months, whichever comes first.
Yes, every time you replace the filter cartridge, you should also change the two AA batteries.
